I'm not even a customer but was trying to be But can't Get anyone to call me back or return a message? Literally called and left text messages and voicemails over a dozen times! Finally got a message back the message said checking our schedule that was almost a week ago haven't heard anything. I understand how busy it can be but professionalism and definitely better communication Goes a long way now i'm looking elsewhere!! So just Tried one more time to use this company's services. And Ashley answered the phone and says they are not interested in my business. Because I left a negative review which is my right! as a consumer and customer. So not only do they have horrible customer service and communication skills. Now they're not willing to take my business Because I spoke the truth about their customer service. I will never use this company and I encourage no one else to as well. Seek detailing services elsewhere with better customer service professionalism and better communication skills! I strongly encourage everyone who sees this review to seek services elsewhere!
