Kim in this branch the teller ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Customer Service I ever experienced in my life! UNPROFESSIONAL asked me if I was my husband's MOTHER !!!! recarding a account issue HAD NO right to ask me a personal question! She made a wrong decision on my husband's account and then had an ATTITUDE ! AVOID thiscteller if you see the name Kim SHE does NOT know what she is doing and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !

Georgia N is the reason we continue banking with FLCU! She is always on top of it, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Our company is grateful for her!

Don't use this bank. 20++ minutes on hold any time you need to talk to someone. But more importantly, if you do bank here: Don't die with accounts here. Even joint accounts will take months for them to process through their poorly named "Death Department" (according to the first person I spoke with). I'm convinced it would have been faster to put my Dad's accounts through probate. Meanwhile I've been completely blocked from doing anything with the account and can't access funds for estate costs. I called today and was informed that what do you know everything is processed but they needed to know how I wanted to handle the account... close it out or become primary account holder. REALLY? I had to reach out? You couldn't be bothered to contact me about it? I asked to speak with a supervisor and was instead sent to the person handling the account in what I guess is actually the Fraud department. He told me that "to be frank" they only received xyz documents from me and they had limited information. I sent exactly the information and documents that were requested of me, and they had my contact information if they needed anything additional. Then the icing on the cake, he says "To be frank with you, we are busy. I flagged your account to peak your interest so that you would reach out to us." You gotta be f'ing kidding me. He had time to flag my account but no time to pick up the phone and call me? I haven't logged into the account at all because I was blocked from doing anything with the funds anyway. The biggest excuse of customer service I have ever heard of. Run, and Run FAST!
