Great communication and service! I happen to be visiting family in Ocala at the time I made a Loco purchase from them and Doug allowed me to drop by and pick it. He gave me a quick tour of their new facilities. Very orginized and well managed. I will purchase againn for sure.

I was impressed with the packaging my order came in. The freight car I ordered was extremely well packaged with no damage to any small intricate parts. The order was exactly as what I requested. Great service.

I lost my husband rather suddenly. He was a master railroader and had purchased hundreds of new items for his new layout, and I had no idea what to do with everything. That's when I found model train market and called. He was such a nice guy. We worked together to set up a day that would be the best for both of us. He looked over everything & priced everything out. He made me a fair offer and then proceeded to very respectfully and carefully dismantle what my husband had already started. I cannot tell you how much that in and of itself meant. I can't think of anyone else I would rather have sell my husband's things. He had admired a train room door that my husband and I had created and built that looked like an old school ticket office. I told him to take it off the hinges and take it with him. The door was meant to be enjoyed and loved and it wasn't going to be where it was. I know how much people will enjoy it when it is installed on his office door. You cannot go wrong working with this company. I have nothing but the greatest respect for him and everything he does. Thank you so much for helping me through an emotionally difficult decision. It will not soon be forgotten.
