Pat Myers Electric LLC- Ocala (downtown office)

Had ethernet installed in 4 rooms in my house specifically requested Cat7 was told multiple types during the walk through I don't need cat7 I explained I want to future proof my home. I wait 4 weeks for the service because they needed to order the cat7 one day before scheduled service I get a call from Pat explaining they don't have cat7 and can install cat6a instead or I could wait another 2 weeks for cat7. Not happy I settled for the cat6a since I doubt they even ordered the cat7 or ever planned to considering how admiment they were at explaining that I don't need such a cable. Day of service two young boys look fresh of high-school one in training the other one seemingly just as new show up late. They have cat 6 cable not 6a when I ask the kid he lied to me and said it was 6a figuring I'd be none the wiser. I called in to rectify this issue they shaved off $250 so instead of $1650 $1400. If I wasn't pressed for time to move in to my new home I would've opted for a different electrician.

Sarah, one of the owners, is the absolute best. She even called back after hours to make sure I got an emergency issue taken care of. For a separate job, they were about $1,000 less expensive than my next two bids and the whole operation was a lot more professional. Highly recommended.
