This company is terrible so far! We put a claim in in December 2023 for a slab leak that RUINED my house. We need all new flooring, baseboards, both bathrooms remodeled and the kitchen redone due to this leak.They offered us $2500 to help with the damages LOL. They are so quick to take our money but when we need their help they are NOT THERE TO HELP!

As with every other review on here I made a legitimate claim and it was immediately denied. Im suing them now.

I filed a hail damage claim with TypTap on my roof shortly after the documented storm occurred. TypTap decided they needed multiple "experts" to inspect my roof and this process took MONTHS. I was even cancelled on an no-showed by their so-called experts. I have documentation and photos of my roof shortly after the storm where you can literally see the dents in my roof from the hail however TypTap decided this was normal wear and tear and denied my claim. I wouldn't insure a dog house with them and I am working on filing a Bad Faith Lawsuit
