        The hotpot was great, broth was delicious. Ingredient selection is amazing here. The hot plate was tricky and because the 1st half of our visit the staff kept the heat way too high, the food was not edible, everything stuck and burned. I realized where the control switches were and after adjusting the heat, nothing stuck or burned.
