        Ask for Zach Boaz. Even though we didn't finalize our purchase of a brand new mobile (with everything I wanted), he was with me every step of the way. Zach went way above and beyond, returning phone calls on his day off, in the evening etc. Not a "pushy" salesman, just a great one! I highly recommend Zach Boaz to ease your worries and stress of buying a new home.

        Zach Boaz is absolutely the only salesperson you need to talk to there. He is completely on top of things, transparently honest, down to earth. Cares about what the buyer wants, not just trying to sell anything to make a sale. He is available all the time, even on days off. That alone says A LOT. Thank-you Zach, for making our experience a pleasant one.

        Buyers be very careful!!! The quality of the homes are terrible!!! We bought a home from this company three years ago lots of problems, but the biggest one is I have a hole in my floor, which should never happen in three years. Cracks in my ceiling. Quality of work is horrible and they dont care once they have their money.

      Mrs. Hansen,Your home is a Franklin Home. Considered one of the best built homes on the market and based off the glowing reviews you formally left and have since edited, was apparent. A hole in the floor(3YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION) can only happen if the floor got wet by no fault of ours nor the manufacturers and became soft or was physically made in the floor by a large object. Myself nor the manufacturer could have possibly done this, especially after 3 years! The cracks your experiencing are from YOUR GROUNDS instability hence, has caused a leveling issue. Although uncommon, it does happen from time to time. I understand your upset, yet I find it ironic that your casting blame towards a party not responsible for either of your issues 3 years after the fact. A lot can happen in 3 years and I'd take responsibility if I felt it was an issue created by our company. I do however hope you are able to get this worked out and will gladly recommend a contractor to assist you with re-leveling your home and one that can look further into the hole in your floor. Feel free to give us a call for assistance.
