        Debbie Cowan and her assistant Rose at the Ocala, FL office were very friendly and helpful during entire process. Much can be taken care through email but they willing to help those that are less computer savvy.I highly recommend them to anyone..

        From the moment I spoke with Debbie at PrimeLending I knew they were the company I wanted to work with. She got to know me and my specific situation before she even recommended that I apply. She explained everything to me IN DETAIL every step of the way. Even on the weekends when I had questions on the process she was there to answer them. She is very knowledgeable and her experience definitely shows as soon as you speak with her. Chris, my loan processor, was also amazing in getting all my documents and quickly sending everything to the underwriter. I would recommend prime lending to anyone that is looking to buy or refinance a home you will not regret it!
