        The staff is why we return again and again, we live 45 minutes away from this location. This visit Terence and Hector worked on our truck. They were both friendly and efficient. Terence is like a machine, he never even paused, fastest oil change ever. We will be back.

        I brought my k+ n filter for my 6.7 diesel, handed to the guy inside the bay. I told him I wanted the oil filter prefilled. I stood in the parking lot and watched. They were going to put the filter on dry. I called out, to fill it first. Pissed me off, lazy people. The oil from the filter goes right to the turbo bushing, it needs oil immediately.

        The most unpleasant experience ever. I was forced to have the employee running the counter attend to me. He was patronizing, disrespectful, lied, ignored, and condescending. The other employees were courteous and did a good job, however this is by far the rudest employee Ive ever come across. Terrible experience.
