        The absolute worst Carrier in Florida They are so slow here and they dont care.. takes 20 min to get called (in the store) then you wait about an hour for the warehouse guys to bring out the items Took me 90 mins to pick up 2 condensers and an air handler!!! BRING YOUR LUNCH IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

        Carrier needs to take control of the distribution center they are going to be the downfall of this Company.

        In and out fast when using their App to check-in before arriving. The store is clean and organized. Best option for parts n supplies.

        Its standard procedure to make you wait over an hour for your order to be loaded onto the truck. Guy in charge of the warehouse claims waiting over an hour for your materials isnt that long since he was taking his lunch break. Forklift operators drag their feet through every task. They act like I made them show up for WORK every time I see them. When they all go to work at McDonald they will be fired. I cant believe they dont stick their head out the building to see where you parked. They all claim they dont see your box truck outside,tell people you left and put your items back.
