Twelve Oaks at Windermere

A star because I can't give zero. I've lived here for more than two years and it's never been so bad. Since the new administration took over, the place has gone downhill. My contract will expire and I can't talk to the administration about the renewal. I have already answered their email requesting it more than a month ago and so far I have not had an answer. I'm going to look for another place, because the office people don't want to work here.

A few weeks ago I made a report to fix a problem with my air, it was Mr. Csar Salomn. Very kind, respectful and careful because he left everything impeccable and solved my problem very quickly.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting an apartment at Twelve oaks and it has been nothing short of disappointing. Upon signing the lease, I was promised a 14-month term, only to find out later that was only for nine months, causing a major inconvenience in my plans. The communication from the management team specialist Celest has been abysmal, making it nearly impossible to get any response or clarification on important matters. During the initial tour, I was shown a model unit that appeared well-maintained. However, upon moving in, I found my assigned a unit to be different and encountered issues with lighting constantly turning on and off by itself. The balcony was also left dirty, contrary to what was promised. To add to the frustration, the staff demonstrated rudeness and unprofessionalism, leaving a sour taste in my mouth about the overall experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements in communication, transparency, and professionalism for the sake of future tenants. Overall, my experience at Twelve oaks has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to others.
