In my experience it is the worst place to live in Orlando... 5 administrations in 2 years they always responded that they couldn't do anything... too expensive for what they offer... You must pay in addition to the rent for all the maintenance of the apartment . They don't change a light if you don't pay... and when you decide to leave they even charge you for painting and changing carpets even if they are clean... That is, you pay for the conditioning so they can rent again... Look for another option...

Drove 45 minutes for a tour. Got turned away EDIT AFTER RESPONSE: Weather was not 'severe', it was drizzling.

STAY AWAY! my mom applied to live here and was told she got denied, they could not find the reason why at 1st they told her it was because she had a 500 credit score which was a lie, her score was over 680 with all 3 MAJOR credit companies. Then they told her it was because of a bankruptcy that was over 10 years old. at this point it seemed a little discriminatory, they couldnt give a clear answer. There was another lady in her office who wouldnt even come out to speak with us! it was very strange and rude, my mom wanted answers as to why she could have been denied, she makes a little over 90k a year. DO BETTER SUR! customer service sucks! HOWEVER reading the reviews we are glad it went the way it did, we went over to Prime apartments applied and got approved the same day AND WE LOVE!
