1st things 1st the hours of operation as per list it outside on the sign comment on the website are incorrect. They have different hours of operation listed on the door. But I guess I cant blame them for that part. Because weve had three different management companies since Ive stayed here. And it gets progressively worse . Rent is at a good rate so no complaints about that. However if you factor in the amount of burglaries, including the one that was on the national news, where somebody was dumb enough to Rob Amazon, driver at gunpoint, regular house, burglaries, fifths car says drug sales, and rude office workers and lazy Maintenance staff. It could possibly be worth it . Possibly not . Ill leave that decision to u. If you do decide to stay, I advise you have maintenance or whomever check your apartment first and fix whatever is wrong with it. And just keep up with everything yourself. Getting maintenance to come out at any point in time is a hassle. Id also like to note that I just reviewed my lease. And I can see that were getting charged monthly for pest control. However, getting the pest control to come is also a hassle. Why would they charge for an amenity that if I file a request online to have pest control come, it takes them a month to come? Buuut I pay every month for pest control
