Ok, so this was my first time visiting this store. My wife on the other hand has purchased appliances and other hardware for the house previously. We walked around for an hour and not one associate acknowledged us, said hello, asked if we needed help, or if we saw anything we liked. NOTHING! Worst customer service ever! One employee wearing a fedora looked at us a couple times and said nothing to us. We will not be back!

The best place I could have chosen for the remodeling of our condo. When I arrived I was greeted by a girl who kindly asked for my name and the reason for my visit and then goes on to show the beautiful exhibition with a wide range of brands, all very organized. I am Hispanic and it helped me a lot to find a perfectly bilingual salesperson there who helped me effectively with everything I needed, her name is Valery, very professional, kind, and delicate when suggesting ideas, which I loved! The delivery of my purchase was very fast even though this location is located in Orlando Fl and everything was headed to South Carolina. A wonderful experience, my husband and I are happy with our selection, 5 out of 5 for this store. I highly recommend ask for Valery

I have shopped here since 2013 and have had 10 years of amazing customer service and quality products. Valerie is my current amazing salesperson and she has saved my sanity. Her attention to my needs and dealing with my standards has been such a fantastic experience.
