Never will recommend this place to anyone the lady that the front desk is so very rude and unprofessional the waiting area outside is noisy with kids getting out of patience this place is a horrible experience for me

Horrible rude and obnoxious they cut my sons gums and he told them he wasn't numb and it hurt so the dentist poked his gun on other side and said that's pain not what I'm doing open your mouth and let me do my job! My child is 7 yr old and never been to dentist. The next day his gums was white and looked infected when called and ask they hung up on me. Very unprofessional

Awful service, one of the dentists asked my sister do you have mental issues and she was making fun of her. The last time I checked this is a dentist. The old lady at the office is also extremely rude. This place is a disgrace.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Very racist towards people of color. Customer service is the worst and they can careless about you as a person. After going back and forth with them regarding unauthorized charges, they proceeded to talk negatively about my daughters mouth and questioned our education. Please spend your hard earned money and time on a business that cares about their customers.

Honestly if I could give this place anything less then a one star I would. Where do I begin.. I took my nephew here for a cleaning and encounter some of the most racist, rudest and careless individuals I have ever met in my life. After waiting for two hours without being seen, I asked the young female in the front how much longer it would be. She looked at me and said you dont have to be here. When I asked why she was being disrespectful she took a piece of paper and flung it towards the reception area and said I hate when you people come here. I was shocked that those words even left her mouth. I would never and I mean everrrrrrrrr step foot in this place again.
