My dad sat in the chair bleeding for hours with absolutely no help. Patients sit in the chairs for hours with their families in the waiting room asking when theyll be done. Theres too many patients for one dentist and everyone in the office is catty and rude, including Dr. Conibear. Ive been seeing this dentist since I moved to Orlando. They did great work for my Invisalign but completely messed up my mothers. Shes been in it for years. Im also a dental assistant and they unfairly gave me 3 days to work insisted I was too slow remind you, this was after 3 days. I was treated completely unfairly and was urged to move to Orlando to be demoted 3 days later. Offered an unpaid internship instead. This place and its manager Stacy should not be running this office. Especially Stacy. She is not professional in any aspect. Sure the Dr. does beautiful and fast work but maybe dont leave patients sitting in a chair for hours while youre doing something else leaving your assistants to answer their questions on why the doctor is taking so long. In the three days I worked there, it was more dysfunctional than any other place Ive worked for. No one showed me where any of the instruments were and expected I know where everything was the second I walked in. Again let me remind everyone I was employed for 3 days and drove an hour to be there. Will absolutely never be returning and neither will my family once my mothers Invisalign is complete. I am very upset to be treated by a place I thought was kind. But clearly its a front.

Highly recommend this practice for cosmetic as well as general care dentistry. Dr. Conibear has an artist's eye for corrective cosmetic dentistry, which really makes a difference. She is also very effective in her other dentistry care. The office staff has had some turnover in recent years, but current front office & dental assistants are highly skilled as well as very pleasant people in what is often a stressful environment for patients. (Drills etc) My favorite is Shelbey -- truly a blessing and a wonderful "explainer" of what's planned or recommended.
