Altamonte Springs Florist

Well, Since I live in Longwood, and found the Longwood Florist online, I supposed it was a good thing to use them.    NOT SO !  The $155 order of 2 dozen roses, with a red bow, showed up with 17 roses and no bow.  Tried calling the Longwood Florist, number disconnected, stopped by the store front, space vacant!!  Checked with my wife, who tells me the order came from Altamonte Springs florist.  No response to my request by email or phone at this point from them either.   The arrangement looks like it was put together by an unsupervised trainee, instead of an experienced florist.  The only similarities I see is the picture on the website and the arrangement on my wife's desk is they are both red and white.  Not at all happy, with the product or the deceitful way of doing business this company is doing.   I don't mind paying over $150 for flowers, but I'm always hoping I'll get my moneys worth.

My boys ordered me flowers for Mother's Day, they did not last, even 4 days. They paid $100, these are not worth that, not even $50. It was a small bunch of flowers, just stuffed in a vase, which, was probably from the dollar store. Very disappointing!

I was so upset when I received my flowers because they were not like the pictures shown, I assumed that for the price they would be but no. They come much smaller than shown.

I ordered white lilies from here at 8am and they got to my place at 7pm. They said that my phone was disconnected which it wasn't because I didn't get a missed called from them. I only have one white Lily. I feel cheated out of my money for $78. This is what I get for ordering flowers on a Sunday.

I, like apparently many other patrons, ordered flowers from this business, which is not in Altamonte Springs and doesn't mention that they moved to E Colonial, 30 minutes away. So now I am last minute taking my business somewhere else because I do not have time to drive across town.
