I've just had a fantastic 7 night stay at the Avanti. I'd like to thank Sergio in Guest Services who I had contact with in advance of my arrival with regards to the type of room I would like to meet my needs and the room exceeded my expectations, I even had a small area with a sofa which came in handy after a day at the parks to chill before heading back out. I had researched the hotel and area and I knew what would make me feel safe as a lone female traveller as it can be daunting being away from home in unfamiliar surroundings, safety is a priority for me and I can confirm I felt safe at this hotel. It's recently had a makeover and looks amazing, I hope guests respect it so it stays this way. All staff I encountered, check in, cafe, pool bar, maintenance and room service were lovely and friendly. I would 100 per cent stay here again as a lone traveller or with family and friends.

The room had lots of space and was clean for the most part. The only thing was that it hadn't been broomed so there was alot of dirt and dust when we got there. It has a great view, not too noisy, and close by to a lot of restaurants. Walkability: Everything is close by

Special thanks to the employee Stefanny, polite, helpful and always willing to help. Grade 10. Renovated and comfortable room for two people. There is no cleaning, they just change the towels. Bad breakfast. Excellent location. Nearby activities: ICON Park and other parks
