Great experience and would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, and this is true of all hotels, there is not enough places to hang wet towels. It's a room that sleeps 4, but one two pronged hook on the back of the door and that's about it. Why can't towel racks be installed? We don't ask for fresh towels every day to help with conservation, so give us a place to hang them so they can dry. Rooms: Clean neat and comfortable.

Great staycation and trip to Universal for Mardi Gras. Food & drinks: The urban pantry had a good selection of fresh food available.

It is a fancy hotel equipped with high-tech features such as iPad controllers and robot delivery services. Despite these modern amenities, what I particularly appreciate is its compact size compared to others. After a long day at the theme park, it's convenient to simply hop on the elevator and reach your room without having to trek through long corridors. The pool area is actually bigger than I thought, which even includes a splash zone for little ones. And Volcano Bay is about 5min walking distance from it!!!! We were here for 5 nights and Im very happy about our room service during the stay. We are 4 people family staying in the skyview suite. The room is quite spacious and theb layout is also very well design. It exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future!
