    Was under renovation which no one told us Rooms were out dated, falling apart they didn't have comforters that fit are beds, because they were in the midst of switching to new?? Pool closed, property a mess, no vending machines, appliances barely worked stained.. walls were dirty couch had questionable stains

    This is the worst hotel Ive ever booked. The room smelled like marijuana, had a live cockroach in the bathroom floor, no batteries in the remote and only a fitted sheet and top sheet on the bed. No bkanket. We saw several more cockroaches. They moved us to another room that had no power. Moved us to a third room that smelled like freshly cooked food, crumbs in the floor and bed and coffee still in the coffee pot. We told the hotel attendant that we were not staying and on the way out a cockroach was on the lobby floor. We paid a resort fee. The pool was closed, there was no cable and no internet. The bathtubs were disgusting in all 3 rooms. Ive never seen anything like it. We booked this hotel through Hotwire. I called Hotwire. They had to call the hotel to verify my complaint and the hotel denied them. Thankfully I have pictures and Hotwire opened up a case file on it. Obviously the hotel told me that theyve never had anyone mention cockroaches before. That was a lie upon reading the other Google reviews. Noteworthy details: This hotel will ruin your trip. DONT book it.

    They changed companies and are in the process of remodeling. When booking the room we are paying same rates as every other hotel but they dont mention everything is under construction. The pool was completely torn apart and we were looking forward to going in the pool. Everything was torn apart and under construction. If I would have known that when booking I wouldnt have stayed there for the same price as the other hotels that have working amenities. When we walked in 2 huge roaches walked across the floor. The rooms are big and spacious, they are like apartments so thats good but they werent cleaned well. There was beef jerky next to our bed lol. I use to stay here before they started all the changes but now it is very bad.
