Very good place. They helped us resolve an issue with our reservation. The place is clean and modern. It just doesn't have enough parking spaces and you have to leave the car somewhere else.

The room was great but the location was not. There is no parking at this location they charge you a lot of money for valet parking. When you have them get your car takes over 20 minutes for it to arrive. I will nor be staying at this location again in the future.

The hospitality at this location was very nice. The front desk and valet were very helpful. I only give 3 stars out of 5 because my hotel room set my allergies off pretty badly. It seemed like the ac unit was old or dust-filled. I read another review that mentioned their room smelled like dog dander, I can understand what they mean, if this hotel is pet friendly. The room itself was laid out nicely, but in retrospect I should have requested a different room after experiencing my allergy flare up. Other than that the staff was very accommodating. If you have allergies just be vigilant and proactive. Nice hotel location! Thanks. Nearby activities: Downtown

The only decent thing about my stay was the convenience of food establishments surrounding me. I called prior to my stay to make sure the hotel is handicapped accessible and they reassured they were. I myself am not disabled but I did however have a surgery (with general anesthesia) that would require I have a wheelchair to be brought up to my room afterwards. The valet (that is supposed to be ON SITE) was 20 minutes late to my receiving party which then made them late to picking me up from surgery. We chose this location because it was 10 minutes and 2 miles away from my doctors office. Upon my arrival after surgery they told us someone stole the wheelchair and they havent/ dont replace it there was no way I would be able to walk my party had to BEG the front desk office to let us use the office chair to wheel me into the elevator then to my room. Xavier was the man at the desk who let us use his office chair. 2 days after the stay still being heavily medicated my party brought all our belongings outside and waited over 35 minutes to get our car (that is NOT ON SITE, they park is at a garage a FEW blocks down) and I had to stand for over 10 minutes which was not recommended this early after surgery time. (Because they said our car was next and I came down prior to hoping to be immediately sat in the car) Im sure the stay would have been fine if I had no had surgery, but that wasnt the case. This hotel is not handicapped friendly.
