        Since I cant respond to my original review, Ill post another one star. I was never notified of anything going on. I had to call you and figure out why a doctor couldnt keep his schedule. Not only that the doctor was 20 minutes away but didnt know how long hed be there. He may have decided to stop for lunch who knows. All I got was excuses and you know what they say about excuses. Besides you were just rude on the phone call. You also couldnt provide any information to me. Im sure youll have something clever to say again. Just know Ill respond back with another 1 star and watch your ratings go down every time. Obviously from all the other reviews you have you are a joke of a clinic anyways.

        Trash service wasted our whole morning at the hotel to not call and tell us they were too busy and would have to come later. They couldnt uphold the appointment time. If your at Disney world just Uber to a clinic save you a whole day waiting and save you $300.

        Had a wonderful experience with this progressive and caring family oriented company. The management & staff were very attentive to my needs, ensured that I was taken care of and followed up within a few days to see if I needed additional care. I highly recommend this company for any of your medics needs. Its well managed and have a clear vision for their patients and customers!

        Absolutely terrible experience. Unfriendly and cold place. Took over an hour to be seen when I had a scheduled appointment. Doctor was a complete quack. Stay far away if you want actual healthcare

      Hello Mr. McCool- We spoke with you twice; unfortunately, we had a much sicker patient so the doctor was delayed. Our doctors spend as much time as necessary with each patient although we allocated an hour between, sorry we could not meet your appointment time, which was communicated with you. We would not abandon any patient in their time of need. I am sorry you decided to cancel at 11:52am when the doctor could have been there within 20-30 mins. We hope you or your family member got the medical attention they needed.

      Dear Steven A, If you had read the other comments prior to your own, you could see why our staff was very surprised at receiving such a derogatory and shocking review. The Medical Concierge has always prided itself on taking outstanding care of our patients and this statement concerns me tremendously. Our medical team could not find a name similar to the one you utilized in your review. I am sorry that you felt you were made to wait too long and that you were not happy with the physician who attended to you.
