Latoya and her manager are EXTREMELY RUDE. They will refuse to book an appointment for you if you have seen a virtual doctor prior to the appointment while being a current patient. Latoya will hang up on you while her manager will defend that behavior and refuse to help. Find yourself a FRIENDLY doctor. It has never been a good experience here. They treat people like they are the enemy when they are the one paying for your salary/income. Its too bad such low vibrational energy exists in a place of that is supposed to be to help healing the sick.

Best pediatrician ever! Been with her for 20+ years and counting. She's taken incredible care of my 8 children and has always been spot on with diagnosis and treatment of our children. She is very personable but a professional nonetheless and very detail oriented. We love Dr. McDowell and will go to her as long as she has a practice.

On today 7/28/2020 I called the office at 1100am to speak to a triage nurse about an on going health issue my daughter has been having because her symptoms were becoming worst, A very friendly lady took a message and said I would hear back from someone. I called back at 4pm when I hadn't heard back; The office closes at 5:30pm and just wanted to insure my message was received and someone would in fact return my call. I spoke with a different lady than before but she too was very friendly. She looked into it and told me she saw the call request in the system so I would receive a call. Well, here it is 8:30, three hours after closing and no call back! Just left urgent care and the ultimate kicker; My daughter just had to be treated for something that just five days ago Dr. McDowell said she didn't have. After being completely ignore when notifying the office of worsting symptoms we will not be returning.

Dr. McDowell is very judgy. Has lots of opinions on how you should raise your kids. I wish she just focused on her job. If you agree with her politics you will be fine, if you do not you will have to sit there and take it.
