Dr. Pedrosa is the best Pediatrician in town, she is the person that you should chose as the pediatrician of your children. Yari the Medical Assistant and Monica the receptionist are the best Medical team to trust the Medical Care of your Family.

This doctor saved our baby's life. He had meningitis at 5 months of age, and the ER doctors said it was just an ear infection. Dr pedrosa took 1 look at him and knew what it was. She would also take the time to sing to our baby and give us a break while she visited and sang to him every day.. sure wish she was still in southern Illinois

Since January 2022 I have been taking my 2 children to the Pediatric office of Dr. Evelyn Pedrosa. My experience with Dr. A was very good, both for me and for my children. But the receptionist's treatment of My Person has been very unsociable, it makes me feel helpless and intimidated. When I call the office they do not try to help me with my issues regarding my Children. And when I call again it goes to voicemail all at once. When I went to the office asking the receptionist to give me help regarding the medical service that my Children receive there. She says no, with no interest in helping me. As if to say = that's how it is and that's it! wait, I'm not interested in your need, so wait. I would appreciate if the receptionist had more of a good attitude, was more friendly, to provide more options and try to help by being more flexible to our needs as Parents. I understand that you have your responsibilities and rules at work, maybe you have a lot of work, but it is important that you do not forget to be kind and collaborative. Since I'm not going to ask for anything for free, my children's insurance pays. Dr. Evelyn thank you for your good personal service that you provide. I am glad that you are my children's pediatrician. But please I suggest that the receptionist give us better treatment. Thank you.
