        They dont pick up the phone and they dont care about their patients. I have been trying to have a follow up appointment with my doctor Since my procedure almost a year ago and they dont pick up the phone.

        Appt at 2:30 instructed to be there 15 minutes early. I comply. 3:10 I'm sorting there and the front desk advises another that is scheduled at 2;30 if will be about 40 more minutes. Mind you in sitting with some someone who drove 2 hours to her 2:30 appt. I go to inquire and retrieve my paperwork front desk. Employee has a very we don't care if you leave attitude. Why schedule multiple people at one time? Sweat shop.
