Stockworth Management

I happen to be someone who maybe has never posted a review, hard to imagine in the world we live in! I apologize. Especially, since I read reviews of all kinds before making a choice to pull the trigger. For complete transparency, I asked my property manager, Evan Caulfield if he would appreciate it if I could post my experience, and of course, his response was "it could not hurt!" As the CEO of a service-centric operation for the past 40 years, I know good service when I experience it. Stockworth, and the folks like Evan are the kind of people you want on your team. As a long-distance landlord, Evan services us as if we are down the block, and we grew up together. As a guy who grew up in a rough and tumble hood in Brooklyn (when there was such a thing!) this is very special. If I had Evan and Stockworth here in Santa Barbara, I might consider investing in my own neighborhood. I must also give a shout-out to Lauren Endsley, she sells homes for Stockworth, and all I can say is wow, just wow! You know when you are connected with the real deal. She introduced me to Evan, and I will never buy a property in the Orlando metro area without Lauren on my side. Congrats to both of you and I know you will keep up the good work.

Evan with Stockworth Management is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through the process of finding a tenant. Thank you Evan!
