JESSIE RAMOS IS A THIEF AND DOESNT PAY CONTRACTORS I had the displeasure of dealing with this very unstable person, who not only is erratic in behavior, but also in business. She contracted me to hire a team to do handymen work on Orlando area which i did and then 2 days in stole the team to side step me and cheat me , basically getting rid of middle man. She then sent me emails regarding money she owed me and never bothered to pay me. She hired out of area people and then never pays them what they are owed for materials or labor. then proceeds to black you so she doesn't have to deal with it . Florida has always been the home of scam artists but this one plays on the women owned and women's support aspect , talking about her post pardom depression so you feel bad for her and then steals from you left and right . BE CAREFUL DEALING WIH HER SHE IS A FRAUD She owes me 2 outstanding invoices of $1100 total

If Mrs. Jessley owes me 3 houses in Ocala, exterior painting and remodeling of 1 house, interior painting in Ocala and the owners of these houses do not appear to pay, the construction company is D32, she owes me $5,800 and she owes other groups $5,800 as well and another 2,000. $

We are a small handyman company from Ocala Florida and we were hired on as a punch out crew for TurnKey residence houses in Marion oaks a large development just south of Ocala Florida. We were originally hired by a Denise Fondella. Who Right off of the get-go our experience was awful. Denise did pay us a portion of what was agreed upon we received 3/4 of the contracted amount. Denise was a very rude, pushy, and dramatic partner from day one. In fact she was so disrespectful that once she was put on speaker phone and the head of the entire job (Alberto) became infuriated with the way we were being treated that he immediately contacted Jess Lee at aspire management Services and demanded that Denise be fired or simply removed from that project and to keep my business working for them as they were quite pleased with the quality of our work. So Jess Lee did as Alberto requested and made a deal with us after letting her go and informing us that Denise was gouging the payout for the crew by more than 60%.-70%. Basically Denise was charging just Lee 1100 in paying out 300 and it should have been 400 so just leave made it sound like the better deal to continue to work for her without Denise as the middleman. So after earning a substantial payout amount we were strongarm forced to sign a ridiculously over board contract that placed us as a Net 21 invoice payout procedure. It was never even mentioned to us before then and something I would have never agreed if it wasn't for the fact we had already worked 10 days. Well after 21 days no pay, 30 days no pay and now it's after two months and I'm still waiting to be compesated and reimbursed for materials. Everything the Denise stated about Asspire Property Management Inc. is all true. Contractors do not work for this horrible human being unless you can work for free. Even more if you can donate materials also. Let's put an end to this and report her and expose her as a fraud and a theif!
