Stay away from this rental company! You can leave the apartment in perfect condition and they will still charge you. There has been a few times where they double charged my rent and it said it would go out for next month and refuse to give it back. This company is a unprofessional a scam to drain your pockets! Im going to report them to the BBB. They will never fix anything but yet charge you when you leave. I would rather live under a bridge them to sign a lease with this company

I am a owner of the property and the number 1 broker company take care of the leasing for me. I was very disappointed for many things they did. They charge money to fix without receipt. They failed to pay me monthly income on May 2023, and charge 300 dollars for early termination of contract but actually its a natural end of the contract. I asked my money back to me, but no response. The girl just replied their account is working on it and I am waiting for over a month. Still no reply. She didnt pick up call or call me back now. No1 broker , you own me 2000 dollars, you must paying! continuing The Number 1 OWNER Mr. Michael Qiao( Changyu Qiao, also known as Mi Qiao, Mike Qiao), replied that I signed two contracts with him in 2018, and there should be two separate 7% management fees per month! But I only signed one management contract with him, with a monthly management fee of 7%, and FOBDER being 70% of the monthly rent. We have never known that there are still these scams in the contract until Qiao Mis email on July 2023. Therefore, I owned him over 10,000 dollars! This is fraud, violating industry rules, and Qiao should not hold a license of a real estate agent! Never use this ugly company, number 1 broker. If you are a owner, you should see the contract carefully because they have two same monthly charge 7% that you never noticed. Until you will not work with them, they inform you another 7% monthly fee for years should be charged! What a swindle! Most of tenants are US citizens but most of owners are Chinese. They were cheated. Number 1 broker, you will pay for that!

Do you research before renting... it takes forever to get replies after messages, text, etc... and we live here since it was new! We pay a lot and pay on-time! And service is terrible!! We take amazing care of this house yet they do not care! I wrote to the owner out of the country and no reply. A recent example of I logged online! We had AC issues, etc,... it takes days and weeks for replies! - GM, I texted Jeanine due to the length of time it is taking to fix our washer. I am wondering if the spinning is an issue because there is sand in the pipeline again since the water does not come out like it used too. We had that issue a few times and the repair guy said sand can get in the pipeline. This is going on 8 weeks that we have to run our washer twice for each load. I am in this house 4 year since it was new, pay on time fix little things and Jeannine knows this house is well taking care of... Should not take this long to fix everything when I log tickets.
