Tabatha was an excellent real estate agent. She was very personable and understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. She was patient and understanding that finding the perfect home does take time. I felt like she was truly invested and what we wanted and wanted to execute that to the best of her ability. I will recommend her time and time again with anyone that is purchasing a home And will also be using her for future investments. I contacted the Sellers agent, Michelle Ritson, regarding a property for sale in Leesburg, FL as I am a Massachusetts resident and was interested in this home but did not have a realtor in the area. From my first contact with Michelle, she was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After meeting her at the showing, we decided to take her on as our buyers agent as well. Buying a home in Florida is slightly different than buying one in MA and Michelle was able to guide us along the way with everything that needed to be done. She made sure we were comfortable with all of the documents and went through everything with us page by page answering all of our questions. Knowing we were not from the area, Michelle even provided us with a comprehensive list of contacts that we would need prior to, and after closing (i.e. water, electric, HOA, local contractors, etc.). Michelle was extremely responsive, no matter what day or time I reached out to her. She made sure we had everything we needed within a timely manner. Michelle helped make our home buying experience fairly easy and much less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Now that we are Florida homeowners, we are fortunate to have Michelle and her husband as neighbors in our community.
