British Swim School of Lake Nona Performance Club

Ive been a member at this gym for about a year now, and I have decided to leave. I initially joined because I liked the third floor area with the turf and free weights, and during my tour before joining I was told that members can use this area whenever they want. But that is simply not true. Almost every time I go to the third floor, I am told I need to leave the area because there is a class being held there. The trainers, namely James and Andres, are usually the ones who tell people to leave, and they are very rude about it. They take up large areas of the gym for their classes, even if theyre not actively using the equipment. If you try to use the equipment, theyll rudely tell you to leave. I am tired of being told I cant use equipment Im paying to use. In addition to that, the equipment is frequently broken and listed as out of order. I have counted numerous times when equipment was broken for weeks. For the price, this is just unacceptable. Im tired of paying for equipment that I cant even use, and when I can use it, its broken.

Saw the last reviews saying the place is getting worse, but decided to give a chance anyways. Came here and requested a tour. Guy said to wait 5 minutes. Waited for 20 and when asked why the wait they said today were busy so its gonna take longer if they dont have staff to handle someone wanting to visit the place to be a member, just think about the rest

Used to love this gym, but it has gone down hill in the past year. My husband and I were paying close to $160 per month for the both of us to workout here, and every single time we went to the gym, there were large areas of equipment blocked off or reserved for classes. The gym constantly prioritizes classes over the general members, and we got tired of it. The management of this gym is to blame, they have no idea what theyre doing.
