When we first arrived we had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk person to get there. When she arrives she was cussing in front of a lobby full of costumers. We get to our room and the TV didn't work we had to wait almost an hour for the man to come and fix it. We had no towels in the room we had to use our own towels. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The shower faucet was broken and it was no hot water . And it looked like a 3 year old worte the room number with a cayron worst mistake of our life!!!

Please do not stay here! Big mistake, I will never come here again! Roaches everywhere, room smells like mold and mildew, stains all over the carpet and walls, it looks like someone died in here. No towels or maid services, we had to make our own beds, no toilet tissue or soap we had to buy our own! My son who is 9, was disgusted and did not want to stay here and begged to leave the hotel. He ended up staying with some relatives while my husband and I suffered! Please don't make the same mistakes we did! 4 days of pure hell!

I will never return or recommend this place again. The only positive point is that it is located on the edge of 95, so for traveling to South Florida, it is perfect. But you can find better, believe me! Rooms: The rooms are outdated, it smells of old cigarettes, the carpet is dirty and threadbare, the ceiling is crumbling as are the walls. The furniture is sticky and lacks maintenance. Safety: Not sure I felt safe there and the door latch was inadequate.
