Synovus Bank

Just left the bank I was there at approximately 2:15 I came with my grandmother Dorothy graham the bank teller was rude right before she and I left she made sure to let me over hear her greeting the next customer goodbye but she didnt do the same to me, also she didnt ask me how I would like the money she was very rude and my grandmother and I do not tolerate disrespect she needs another job if she continues to treat customers as if they are not customers with money in the bank please address this issue as I will call corporate and take further steps to deal with this matter accordingly

Unprofessional....Plexiglass shows a reflection behind me. Only thing I can see is representative shaking her head, doing hand gestures while Im in conversation with another branch representative.

More than 15 minutes to cash a check. Exactly 25 minutes. Cindy is the slowest cashier I ever met. Thank you for reminding me why I need to move my money to another bank.
