I do not recommend this bank to anyone, I got my credit pulled and it went down by 13 points when I try to refinance a vehicle, I have a high credit score and I spent hours waiting in the office just to get denied later. The next day I had a co-signer for the loan and I still did not get approved. This was a huge waste of my time and I am disappointed and I pretty much got my credit pulled for no reason, I even showed them my credit score on the FICO app from my other bank so I can avoid having my credit pulled, just a bunch of scammers, they do not offer a low interest rate on their car loan as stated on their website. Another update to add to this, I also wanted to put a couple thousand down to my loan and I still got denied. I went to another credit union the next month and I got approved without putting any money down and I got a awesome 3.69 interest rate I only had to sit in the office for about an hour and 30.
