        My dad was very unhappy. He stated they charged him for 3 hours 480.00 and was technician was only there for 30 minutes . He felt they took advantage.Hevdtayed he on fixed income and part was under warranty. Furthermore my dad requested I complain to the BBB as he feels he was swindled.

        This was the 3rd time I called upon Selectricity for assistance, and I wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again. The work was accomplished professionally, and they moved promptly from task to task, wasting no time at all. They cleaned up after themselves and were on their way to their next job. My experience couldn't have been more positive.

      I am concerned about this because that amount does not even coincide with our pricing and we cannot find anyone in the system with your last name. Are you sure it was Selectricity that came out to his house ? Was it for electrical or air conditioning ? Can one of you please call our office today at 850-346-7689 so we can figure out what's going on and make it right if something like that did actually happen. Our after hours emergency rates outside of Pensacola only are minimum 2 hours and never 3 hours. Please have him call us as soon as possible today so we can make things right.
