after our Emotion Code session I noticed I was much calmer and my breathing was deeperbefore, when i would try to calm myself and/or get rid of pain somewhere in my body I would try to breath into my chest or the area of pain and it was difficult to doafter our session I was doing it just automatically! Margie Kalaluhi at Heart Centered Wellness has extensive experience in nutritionals. She is very knowledgeable about her products! One of my favorite products is Bergisterol from Nikken, which helps with cholesterol levels. Two other great products are OsteoDenx and CalDenx, which help with bone health, however, Margie recommended I take these to help promote good sleep. After starting these two products, I can now go to sleep quicker and get a good night's sleep, which is wonderful. Margie has been so helpful in matching my specific health needs to the right products. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to have a healthier lifestyle!!
