Residence Inn by Marriott

The staff at this location is seriously the best Ive ever experienced. This may be a residence inn, but its holding its weight against the Ritz in terms of service. When I parked my EV rental someone was there to help me get things rolling to charge up. I walked inside and was helped immediately. I mentioned my dinner plans and was offered a ride and 10% discount voucher. A room wasnt ready yet, so they held my bags while I went to (an early) dinner. Absolutely one of the best Marriott experiences to date and I travel 50%+. Thank you!!

Rooms: Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Could turn AC down to 60 so could actually use down comforters! Food & drinks: Breakfast was better than expected. Several gourmet options beyond eggs,sausages and waffles were good. Noteworthy details: Highly recommend.

This is my favorite hotel in the Pensacola area. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. The rooms are so clean and spacious, breakfast is great, and the location is so close to everything (including the airport). Ive stayed in other 4 star hotels nearby and this is definitely better! Highly recommend!

I came in from out of town and drove all night. Every hotel was booked that I had checked so I called here desperate and spoke to Brandy. It was 7 in the morning and I was up for 26 hours driving to get here and needed a place to sleep until I got my sister from the airport at 2. I know hotels with their checkouts usually being early but at this point if I could've gotten a hour of sleep I was okay. Brandy was so helpful and nice got me a beautiful room extended my stay until 2 and tried to help save me money if she could. The whole place was beautiful and clean! Even though my stay here was short if I am ever in this area again I would definitely come back. We did get breakfast before heading to sleep and that was amazing as well highly recommend the egg sandwich! Thank you again to this amazing staff!
