Much better customer service, price, and overall results compared to the overpriced, high pressure sales dealership. Excellent communication and updates. Very knowledgeable. I will take my Harley back to Adam for everything now.

Adom is the cheapest in town, and yet he is the best in town... never in my lifetime have had a mechanic that worked so hard to get me what I want in my bike where customer satisfaction is his number one priority... Thank you so much, Adam

Adam and his team here went above and beyond with servicing my bike. Always gave me updates. Let me know everything I asked for. Even offered a local bike group/meet that happens once a week. Super chill guy, amazing group of people. Got everything done in the time I needed it. Even detailed parts of my bike. HIGHLY recommend this place. Best shop in the Pensacola area by far.

I highly recommend Prime Powersports! I got a flat tire near downtown, brought it here because it was the closest shop, and I'm so glad I did. Adam is easy to talk to and very thorough, which is much appreciated. I am a new rider and he answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. Go see Adam at Prime Powersports!
