        The lady that sat at the front desk today at 11:43 was RUDE. Ive been coming to this library for years and have used this park as my own since I was 5 years old. Im assuming they came up with a new policy starting today because I come up here at least 4 times a month , asking for IDS just for a guest pass. The Librarian on duty Michael was even ruder . The policy stated that you have to show an Id or library card and if you have neither then you have to give them your name. The lady with the brown hair never asked for my name until I explained to her the policy shes supposed to know. Horrible customer service ! Sure Lumen May wouldnt be pleased.
