David the listing agent was useless, had to find my own realtor to close. Wouldnt return my calls or texts, also didnt mention an encroachment to my realtor at all during the process but was happy to take commission at the end for doing nothing. You should go send a big thank you to Giuliano, and myself, youre welcome for doing nothing

Bought a house in late 2020 and let me tell you idk how this man sleeps at night. We knew that fixer uppers usually have hidden gems but nothing like we could imagine here. They tied into previous termite damage and water damage. He hired literal crack heads and unlicensed contractors to do the work and I was told by neighbors after investigating the type of men that worked on the home. When we seen the house at first sight it look good everything was staged to look as so. Not even two years in everything was falling apart. We got a roof leak, busted pipes, cracked floors, mold damage from covered up work, no insulation in certain part of home etc. I could literally type a book on how bad this house was before I actually dumped 20k of my own money into the home. I dont recommend this rat. He should lose his license. Ill be praying for him.

It won't let me post without at least selecting one star. Sheila Romaine was extremely rude on the phone. Her bio says laid back and friendly which is far from the truth. Zero stars!!
