My husband and I have a rental home south of Tampa that recently began leaking over several rooms. My husband just retired from the military and we live in Germany making things particularly difficult but not with Southeast Roofing. We reached out to them by phone and arranged an inspection to which they found wind damage, then coordinated with our insurance company through approval, and installed a new tile roof. We had a roof removed/installed in another home of ours in Florida 10 years ago and we were concerned to relive the pain of coordinating with the county and inspections but these folks made it super easy for us. We didnt want to chance it and since we live out of the country, a friend of ours who is a local home inspector in Tampa checked out the work for us. The inspector told us that the work was excellent and we had nothing to worry about. The entire process (remotely from another country) was easy from the beginning to end.
