        So I was looking for 86 in laces and journeys didn't have any but Sarah answer the phone when I call the and was very helpful and together we came up with a solution that was viable for me I really appreciate the time that she was willing to take even though they weren't able to specifically help me with an item in the store this is customer service to it's finest and she had a great attitude the entire time did not get frustrated with meonce

        My wife and her friend were shopping for shoes today and Sarah was so informative and helpful! Sarah showed them a new way to lace some Reebok sneakers to help support the ankle in a loose-fitting shoe. Sarahs patience and knowledge was definitely appreciated!
