Mark the store manager is incompetent, rude, unprofessional. I dropped off a mower for service a few weeks ago. The two associates in the front had no idea what they were doing. One of them even questioned if they worked on Greenworks products even though my warranty told me to go to this location. The technician on the phone was very helpful, however the turn around time for repair I was quoted at 12 weeks which I think is a bit ridiculous. It ended up taking 16 weeks and they did absolutely nothing and claimed the blade was dull. I wish I could upload my dull blade here. But they didn't replace it and didn't have the part in stock. They were so "kind" to waive the $60 deposit, despite doing absolutely nothing to the mower. Edit- They called me yesterday and said sorry, can't do the work, our technician quit. Come pick up your mower that collected dust just sitting for 2 months. Absolutely a waste of money, gas, time. Totally unacceptable. Who operates a business like this? Mark, the store manager is rude, incompetent and unprofessional. After this fiasco I reported him to corporate. No business should be run like this.
