I live in Washington state. I called today, 11/27/2023 and left voicemail requesting a consultation. Carlos was very quick to return my call. We had a lengthy discussion (approximately 37 mins) on the proposed deal by a(n) investor/buyer. With the little information I provided to Carlos, he explained in great detail that there were too many risks and red flags with what they were proposing. I advised Carlos they sent over a contract for me to review. Out of generosity and curiosity, Carlos reviewed the contract and advised me not to proceed with this option. I am grateful to him and his expertise. I recommend him to anyone seeking legal advise regarding real estate and contracts.
