I recommend Florida Welding for your project. My patio posts were rusting and I was concerned the whole thing would need to be replaced. However, after speaking with Kamal, he advised what was truly needed and we moved forward with him. I appreciated his honesty and fairness about the job. It's very hard nowadays to find people/companies that truly put the customer first and aren't only looking out for themselves and making extra money at the expense of the customer.

In all honesty I havent been to many welding and metal fabrication shops in my life. I was a little hesitant to call around because I didnt know exactly what I needed, so I figured my son, and I would start by finding the nearest one and just go and ask someone. It didnt start off well. We went through Google and started driving around to various shops around Broward County from West to East. After a half a dozen tries only finding a bunch of closed shops, we stumbled upon Florida Welding located in Plantation, and Im glad we did. We had a small but unique project my son needed for work. He is a Polynesian fire dancer and needed to create a new torch for his shows intro. We met the owner at Florida Welding, and he made my son and I feel right at home immediately. We could tell the pride he takes in his shop when he showed us around. They do everything you could dream up with metal. We saw handrails, fencing, truck accessories, and even an awesome grill and smoker. We also learned some new things about the metal fabrication business too. The owner not only took the time to understand our needs, but also helped improve upon our design saving us valuable time and money. He told his crew what we were looking to do, and without hesitation they stopped everything to help us. I was surprised. We expected to wait a week or two, but they got working on it right away. His crew went the extra mile putting it together so quickly and much better than we hoped for. Within a half hour they completed it and at a fraction of cost and aggravation of us trying to do it ourselves. I would totally recommend them. Dont drive around aimlessly like we did; you should check these professionals out first. Theyll treat your job like its for family. From all the work we saw around the shop, even two guys like us that didnt know much about this stuff can tell they are amazing at welding and metal fabrication. And now they can add Polynesian fire torches to their amazing skillset. Thanks guys!!

I needed to create bases for two large 6.3 foot fiberglass sculptures that would resolve all the technical and logistical issue for installing the sculptures during Art Basel Miami 2023. Naturally with any large scale project, issues came up and I was down to a few days before the official installation date. I did not have a clue how to resolve this base issue and was naturally very worried. FLORIDA WELDING literally saved the day. They calmly counseled me with the best course of action for the situation and they met the needs of the project perfectly -- on time and on budget. I have also worked with them on smaller sculpture projects. They can handle just about anything.
