        Worse bank ever manager and her team not helping I deposited a check 3week ago and blocked my account for no reason nobody can not give any explanation Keep calling customer service they not even helping its so Frustrated All trust need to be close terrible the worse bank ever

        I hold my small business account at this bank. Customer service is poor and processes are not customer friendly. Representatives refuse to help over the phone and require you to come in for the least of information about your own account. The 800 number does not recognize prompts and its very difficult to reach a live person. Its been 3 days of attempts and Ive yet to resolve my issue.
