Kim is amazing and gets stuff done. She is also very easy to work with. I needed a place to rent and quick. She found multiple places that peaked my interest that I was not able to find on my own or that other real estate agents I contacted couldn't find. She asks the right questions upfront so that there is no discrepancies later. I am very happy with my new place! Thanks again Kim!

We're so happy to have met Kim. We were working with another realtor for 3 months with no results. I met Kim on a whim and she was heaven sent. This 2021 market was insane. I told her we only had 3 1/2 weeks to find a home and move. She got right to work and made it happen. We had some great advantages on the home so it made our closing time quicker but Kim didn't miss a beat. She answered all of our questions and was very persistent with hesitant sellers. I can't say enough good things about her. We are truly blessed to have met her and we're happily enjoying our new home.
