Lorenzo performance and attitude displayed professionalism and a strong confidence regarding his work. He assured us that the issue was going to be resolved and delivered on that promise. My family was impressed with his knowledge and the manner he implemented to ensure that the work was complete to our satisfaction. We will highly recommend him to others. We encourage you to keep a dedicated worker as Lorenzo on your team. We also send a thank you to Matt for sending Lorenzo out to fix our A/C, it is up and running.
