        Nice up coming new community. Very helpful staff. Maintenance request are slow. HOA raising rates and still no club house or pool. From 12/21 opening of them. Looks go to be opening this summer now.

        We contracted for a new home with Lennar in December 2021. The price of the home subsequently increased significantly. Lennar then threatened us and demanded that WE cancel our contract. There is a very dark side to this company. You will have virtually no rights under the contract they present you with. Your only recourse will be to refer them to state and federal regulatory and law enforcement agencies, which worked in our case. Service: Home building

        Very nice up and coming neighborhood.. Very close to the Tampa bay rays spring training facility...not far to another growing city of north port..
