        I was returning a cracked phone but could not quite figure out how to wipe my old phone of personal data (called a "factory reset"); not even with Google's and YouTube's help. So, I got on the car and drove to my local T-Mobile store. Walked right in with no wait. An associate called me over, told me what to do, corrected me when I punched the wrong key and I did it and I was outta there in literally 5 minutes. Thanks associate (I should've gotten his name and given him this review. I apologize!). Thanks T-Mobile!!!
