Extremely disappointed after being highly recommended. My daughter was in kidney failure and bladder dysfunction which I would say is very serious. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and made my daughter feel very uneasy to ask questions. I was told I needed an appt to further discuss her health concerns and questions we had after her test results came back. The office manager called me in her office to ask why I was there, I simply as a concerned mother and having medical consent to discuss her condition was told to leave rudely. Final she met me at the office and the Dr. gave us 5 minutes and walked out after stating he was busy and go see a Neurologist.

Dr.Ball was rude and not professional attitude . not very patient and not well explained procedures..Office extremely loud, and they don't use masks..Only concerned is sell procedures and surgery to increase his pocket Is all about the money not a well being from patients, disgraceful..don't recommend.

The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Ball and his assistant were extremely informative and kind.

Read the other reviews and did not experience anything like that when I went for an exam and then a cystoscopy. Both staff and Dr. Ball were courteous and professional. I mean, I hate needing to go there, but I was treated very well. No complaints.
